dailies

looked around recently and found some info on doing dailies to make money and such in Northrend. I found some in Grizzly Hills for pvp dailies and a few on Howling Forge. Not sure how devoted I will be to tryin to do them as they arent close to each other like the ones back in BC (miss those dailies).

Got an upgrade to my Helm, mace, wrists, necklace, wand and a ring upgrade. Of course I half expect to upgrade these on down the road but the Necklace was my first badge purchase!

• Ring: Solitaire of Reflecting Beams
• Mace: Gavel of the Brewing Storm
• Wand: Brazier Igniter

The wand and ring dropped today from UP and Heroic VH.
The mace and wrists came from hitting revered with Wyrmrest Accord
The Necklace from 25 heroic badges
And the Helm from a quest after running Utgarde Pinnacle

may go back to lvln the cooking and herbalism soon as well.

moonshroud robe

finally obtained the mats to make my Moonshroud Robe a few days ago. Been talking to Shell and JIoni to see if they want to run as a heroic group with me and they seem to be interested. Hoped that Corim would come online soon, havnt seen him in 10 or more days. Yesterday I ran The Oculus with a PUG to get the achievement. Later got a group with shell and jioni to do the daily Nexus heroic. The mace I am hoping for hasnt dropped yet ... it did drop on another guild groups run however.

Been looking into lvl'n my cooking since my pally is at lvl 375 I think my main should be high enuff to benefit from the income and buff flexibility.

That H Nexus we went on I main healed a druid tank that had 36K health with the buffs. And he pulled like a speedracer. It was a great test to my new Discipline Healing spec I am using. I ended up with over 3M healing from the instance. I may try to rework the talents a little as I am not using Renew as much as I used to...so 3 points in another area may be more efficient.

heroics

I know its been a while since i posted here...but not sure even if anyone is viewing these. Anyways, have been doin some nice runs here and there with friends. Guild-wise Ive been a part of H Nexus, H Utgard Keep, CoT: Culling of Stratholm and a Vault run in Wintergrasp (our first 10-man). Recently got the opportunity to go to H Violet Hold with a former Narrow Path member and others and last night met up with 3 guys from the Misfits guild that Bru and Jurin have been doing stuff with for a while. Shelley got to venture out with us as well on that Heroic Nexus. More later, hopefully...

finally lvl 80

well i made it yesterday to level 80 many thanks to all that helped make it possible....my quest buddy Synnarr hit lvl 80 today and we hope to start some serious instancing soon. halfway to my super flyer mount as well. i took up mining to make some money not sure how that will work out. i am slotted for 2 runs tonite with the guild. a reg Nexus and a heroic UK after. I hope to be posting some great stuff about them both.

half way!

got a little slow in posting my level-by-level progress but I guess i'm just moving that well?! as i write this I should be over halfway to lvl 80 and considering my switch back to holy talents. I am currently questing between Storm Peaks and Icecrown as they have offered me the most quest XP bang I could find. I am running mostly on non-rested xp so its still a little slower than I'd like...however the hugh xp one gains from these Qs makes up for it imo. I pretty much tapped out my quest lines in the Basin.

I have my tailoring up to 413 and now am the proud owner of a flying carpet. Havent done anymore instances since the last post, however, i am lined up to run a guild Azjol-Nerub on saturday. Jurin is trying a guild calendar signup form for all to try. Next post lvl 80!

lvl 77!

pretty much just skipped the post for lvl 76 so i can talk about the excitement of flying in northrend now. should make questing and playing a lot easier now. possibly the next post can be me sharing in our run of DTK since i have 2 quests to knock out there. on another note, Jurin was promoted to our guild's raid leader and we have been polling the guild to see what nites are best for running. Still working at tailoring (395 atm) as far as my enchanting, its only 275 and i'm not to excited about it. i may end up dropping enchanting as it isnt lvl appropriate for me now. stay tuned i am around 1025 spell power with my solo buffs and managed to place 2 or 3rd on our last UK run in dps with Rhod leading and Corim tanking on his DK. til' we meet again...

lvl 75!

Barely made out lvl 75 last nite before the guild ran a quick UK. The group was made up of Jurin, Rhodryy, Me, Corim and Trynyty. I was the healer for the run, and I dont mind doing that as a spriest, as long as it is a guild run mind you. No one died and both Corim and Trynyty got some nice gear.

I picked up a new aoe damage spell called Mind Sear. Looks, and seems very different to have an aoe shadow spell in my arsenal...I shall test it out with my buddy Shell in some questing situations.

As far as the latest questing goes, we knocked out a few more around the western side of Grizzly Hills and later I tore thru the quests in Thor Modan. We hope to embark on a venture through Drak'Tharon Keep soon enough ;)

lvl74!

I pushed through and made it to lvl 74 tonite after some runs with the guild. Finished up a few quests in HF with Shell. Finally got to run Utgard Keep and Nexus with Shell. We were also accompanied by Jurin, Brubert and Pookehuntres. We attempted to do UK w/o Brubert on heals but didnt make it very well (those ice blocks were a terror)...so he joined us and all was well for the 2 runs. I ended the Nexus run with 3 bubbles to go so I polished off some random quests in BT and hit 74 to end the nite.

lvl 73!

so, lvl 73 comes with no other instance runs to speak of. I mainly gained 72-73 with solo questing on Friday finishing up around Coldarra and some Borean Tundra content. There were some bizarre quests in Coldarra (a very pretty and odd zone) thats for sure--like subduing a netherdrake and wrangling him into the questgiver. Another notable goal attained was I finally got my first aid up to 400 from 240 or so. I was leveling holy so never really needed to use bandages until now...now I can stay in shadowform and heal. At the end of the night I met up with Synnarr (my quest buddy) she had been taking care of some much needed matters in RL. We took care of a 3 person group Q in Dragonblight with the much needed assistance of Jurin. Also of note, I am guessing its due to kids being out of school for the holidays...I was around 250 in line for the signon on the server. farewell.
